One of our most popular tours: Luxemburg is certainly a modern and vibrant city with a rich history and impressive ancient and contemporary architecture. In the old part of Luxembourg, our guide will take you to the cathedral, the Palace of the Grand Duke and the Place d’Armes. In downtown Luxembourg you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Kirchbergdistrict, home to several European institutions. In the valley, you will be able to see a trail of the Casemates, the abbey of Neumünster, the city walls and the picturesque sites along the river Alzette. After some free time in the city, you will explore the quaint town of Dinant, with its fifteenth century collegial church and its impressive citadel. Dinant’s name originates from the Celtic “Divo Nanto”, which means “Sacred Valley”. This little town is dramatically perched on the narrow banks of the river MeuseI. This is cradle of the Leffe beer and the birth place of Adolphe Sax, the inventor of the saxophone.

Iana1227Great trip. Well laid out and guide keeps things moving. Love love that our guide , Veronica, was very interesting and knowledgeable and covered all the info while on bus so once arrived at location you could begin to explore. She gave great recommendations and acclimated you to area. She was a true professional. There is plenty of time at all stops and great way to see Luxembourg. Had time to see main sites, have lunch and even a little shopping. Wonderful day

N7387XYkylemThe trip was brilliant! The bus journey is around 3 hours from Brussels to Luxembourg with a quick service station stop en route. My tour guide was amazing and was very knowledgable and taught us many things about the war and the history of the country. There are a few buildings to see in Luxembourg and there are also lots of shops including high end fashion shops to visit during your free time on the tour. The visit to Dinant on the return home is quick but it is lovely with more interesting facts.
