The canal tour in Bruges can only be booked with your guide, on the day of your trip.

Yes we can change your trip to another date of your choice.

Passport, take some cash, have good shoes and check the weather the day before of the tour, so that you can dress appropriately (raincoat, poncho, umbrella)

Questions during the tour

The following is included: Guide, transportation and radios+earphones (when necessary).

Our guides are passionate people with recognized qualifications in the field of tourism. They are also multilingual, and thus able to lead tours in several languages, ensuring perfect understanding for all visitors. They master cultural and linguistic nuances, further enriching the tour experience

Our tours can be done in English, French or Spanish

We can wait for 5 minutes if you let us know in advance about your delay (please call +32 2 513 77 44 in that case).

No, our tours are only cancelled in case of extreme weather (heavy storms, floods, etc.)

You will have free time on every excursion, except for tours within Brussels. Free time can range from 45 min to 3 hours, depending on the excursion you’re doing. Please reach out to your guide on the day of the excursion for more information or feel free to ask at info@brussels-city-tours.com

Lunch is not included, except on the Flanders Fields tour.

The audioguides are included in the price. We will provide you one at the beginning of the tour and you will give us back at the end.

Yes, all of our coaches are equipped with air-conditioning (AC) and heating.
